Your email, your choice.

This notice covers the Moxforma collector list, collector surveys, orders, and records from earlier promotions — all operated by Kirin Design Inc., doing business as Moxforma, in Toronto, Canada.

What we collect

When you join the collector list, we collect the email address you provide to the collector-list form.

If you complete a collector survey, we collect your answers — for example, how you store or display cards, and your views on pricing. Your email address is optional unless you choose to join the collector list. Survey submissions also include basic technical details, such as the page that referred you and the date and time of your response.

For an earlier Instagram promotion entry, we may have recorded your Instagram username, the qualifying post or its link, its #flexyourgrail hashtag, and tagged accounts to verify that entry.

For an online order, we collect your name, email, phone number, order details, price and deposit amounts, delivery or pickup details, agreement choice, typed electronic signature, signing date, and optional collector-list choice. Square handles checkout and payment card details; the Moxforma form does not collect card details.

Why we use it

When you join the collector list directly or select the optional newsletter checkbox in a survey or order, we use your email to send Moxforma release announcements, early-access information, availability news and studio updates. Submitting a survey or order without selecting that checkbox does not subscribe you to these emails. We record your newsletter choice and, if you opt in, the signup time and the wording you agreed to.

Survey responses are used to guide product design and pricing decisions. The current survey is for feedback only.

We use order information to confirm and fulfil the order, contact the customer about production and delivery, and keep a record of the agreement. An order adds the customer to the collector list only if they select its optional newsletter checkbox.

Storage and access

Collector-list signups and survey responses are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored there. Records from the earlier promotion, including its survey responses, remain subject to its published terms. Instagram entry records are stored locally on the site operator’s device; Instagram posts themselves remain on Instagram under that platform’s policies. We do not publish the subscriber list, survey responses or internal promotion records, and we do not sell email addresses.

Order details, including typed signatures, are held in Netlify Blobs while payment is pending. After Square confirms the deposit, the order is submitted through Netlify Forms and stored there. If the customer opted in, their email and consent details are also submitted to the collector-list form. We use Resend to email an order summary to the customer and a private copy to info@moxforma.com. Square handles the payment receipt. We do not publish customer order records.

Optional website analytics

If you allow optional analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, clicks and scrolling through traffic statistics, heatmaps and masked session recordings. Clarity receives technical information such as device and browser details and page interactions, and uses analytics cookies to connect visits. Advertising storage is disabled.

Clarity does not load until you choose “Allow analytics.” Survey and newsletter forms are masked, and the preorder page is excluded from tracking. We do not send your email address, survey answers, order details or signature as analytics events.

You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page. Your preference is saved in this browser. Microsoft processes analytics information under its privacy statement.

You can unsubscribe from the collector list using the link in any email. To ask about a survey or an earlier promotion entry, or to request access, correction or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, email info@moxforma.com. Please use the email address you signed up or entered with, or identify the Instagram account used to enter, so we can locate your record.
