Your email, your choice.

This notice covers the Moxforma collector list, our collector surveys (including any linked giveaway), and information collected if you enter a Moxforma contest — all operated by Andy Tsang in Toronto, Canada.

What we collect

When you join the collector list, we collect the email address you provide to the collector-list form.

If you complete a collector survey, we also collect your answers — for example, how you store or display cards, and your views on pricing — along with your email address if you choose to enter a linked giveaway or contest. Survey submissions also include basic technical details, such as the page that referred you and the date and time of your response.

Why we use it

We use the collector list to send Moxforma release announcements, early-access information, availability news and studio updates.

Survey responses are used to guide product design and pricing decisions, and, where a contest is linked to a survey, to run that contest’s random draw and notify winners as described in that contest’s official terms.

Storage and access

Collector-list signups are processed and stored through Kit, our email service provider. Survey and contest entries are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored there. The site operator and these service providers may process this information. We do not publish the subscriber list, survey responses, or contest entries, and we do not sell email addresses.

If you enter a Moxforma contest, see that contest’s official terms and conditions for how a winner is selected and notified, and how a winner’s first name and general location may be used to announce results.

Leave the list or ask a question

You can unsubscribe from the collector list using the link in any email. To ask about a survey or contest entry, or to request access, correction or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, email info@moxforma.com. Please use the address you signed up or entered with so we can identify your record.
