Warranty

Every Moxforma display is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery to the original purchaser.

Covered

Joint separation, finish failure, magnet failure, and fit or structural defects in the frame itself.

Not covered

• Cards, holders, slabs, or their condition or value
• Damage from accidents, misuse, modification, or not following the care instructions
• Damage from sunlight, heat, damp, or rapid humidity changes
• Natural wood characteristics: colour change over time, grain variation, and minor seasonal movement
• Normal wear, including light scratches to acrylic

Making a claim

Email info@moxforma.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the display, or refund it if neither is possible, and cover shipping.

Returns

Every display is made to order, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Cancellations: you may cancel for a full refund until production begins. We'll confirm by email when your display goes into production.
• Arrived damaged? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the display and packaging, and we'll make it right.

This policy does not affect your warranty or your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
